Job Description:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including technical, support, and product teams—to deliver seamless service and project implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and growth opportunities.
