Job Description:**الخيار:**
* Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and prospective partners to generate leads and expand business opportunities, thereby maximizing revenue in alignment with predetermined objectives.
* Serve as a reliable consultant to partners, offering expert guidance, directly or indirectly, on leveraging Silicon21-NITS solutions and services to achieve their present and future strategic objectives.
* Function as the primary liaison, ensuring that all partner requirements are addressed promptly and professionally, and that all issues are resolved expeditiously and effectively.
* Manage all facets of the sales process, providing assistance in solution development, proposal submission, and implementation, as required or directed by management.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, including in-person meetings and regular telephone interactions.
* Execute marketing initiatives and collaborate with the sales support and marketing teams to organize seminars, exhibitions, training programs, and promotional giveaways as needed.
* Submit business reports to management on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis, and ensure the optimal utilization of online tools and resources as instructed by management.
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience as a project account manager or sales account executive preferably in the physical security, light current, CCTV, access control and public address systems.
- Hands on experience in Projects sales in similar distributor environment and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Active, energetic and passionate to exceed revenue target by developing and nurture retail partners’ network.
- Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
