Job Description:**Sales Account Manager**
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure sustained success. This includes cultivating positive client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing individual customer requirements. The role encompasses generating new business through the leveraging of existing and prospective client networks. Conflict resolution and the provision of timely solutions to customer concerns are essential duties. Furthermore, the incumbent will report on account status and transactions, establish and monitor sales account targets aligned with company objectives, and track relevant sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). The Sales Account Manager will also provide recommendations for enhancing sales performance and identifying avenues for expansion.
Skills:
- Previous work experience as Sales account executive/manager.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google sheets
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BSc degree in any relevant field
