Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic development and management of a portfolio of key accounts within the HVAC and fire fighting equipment sectors, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base, cultivating and maintaining enduring customer relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service, assessing client requirements and recommending suitable products from the company’s portfolio, including seamless pipes, ERW black steel pipes, and fittings, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal departments such as logistics and technical support to facilitate timely and precise order fulfillment, monitoring market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies, consistently meeting and surpassing assigned sales targets and performance metrics, maintaining meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress utilizing CRM tools, generating leads, presenting company products and services, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience.
