Job Description:يُشترط في المتقدم لشغل وظيفة مسؤول حسابات مبيعات ما يلي:
* خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال تنظيم حسابات المبيعات.
* خبرة مباشرة في مجال دعم العملاء.
* القدرة على فهم احتياجات العملاء وتعزيز تفاعلهم.
* معرفة راسخة ببرامج تنظيم علاقات العملاء (CRM) وحزمة MS Office (وبخاصة برنامج MS Excel).
* فهم مقاييس الأداء في مجال المبيعات.
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض.
* مهارات تحليلية وإدارة الوقت.
* حيازة شهادة بكالوريوس في تنظيم الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
Skills:
- Sales /Marketing Background (Preferred Experience in Media / Agency)
- Minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Excellent English (Both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
