Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal):**
We seek a dedicated and proficient STEM Instructor to cultivate student interest and proficiency in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The successful applicant will be responsible for the design and execution of stimulating, practical lessons that foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and a commitment to innovation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement age-appropriate STEM curricula that integrates scientific, technological, engineering, and mathematical principles.
* Plan and conduct hands-on experiments, projects, and activities to facilitate interactive and experiential learning.
* Utilize diverse tools and platforms, including coding software, robotics kits, 3D printers, and laboratory equipment.
* Incorporate real-world applications of STEM disciplines to enhance student comprehension and engagement.
* Differentiate instructional methods to address the varied learning requirements and capabilities of students.
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to promote improvement.
* Organize and supervise STEM-related events, such as science fairs, coding clubs, and competitions.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment.
* Remain current on contemporary STEM trends, tools, and pedagogical best practices.
* Collaborate with fellow educators, school personnel, and program coordinators to integrate STEM concepts across the curriculum.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or Science field
Teaching certification or credential (preferred or required depending on institution).
Experience teaching STEM subjects in a classroom, camp, or after-school setting.
Familiarity with educational technology and coding languages.
Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Passion for inspiring students and promoting STEM learning.
Full time job 6 days in a week, 6 hours in a day
Very good in English.
