We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Risk Manager with a solid background in either Capital Investment or Real Estate Development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our investment portfolios and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of capital investment or real estate development.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience as a Risk Manager, preferably in the context of capital investment or real estate development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial and market data.
In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
