1. developing best practices for rider growth through various acquisition & marketing channels
2. optimizing the technology and processes on riders onboarding.

4. achieving monthly hiring targets which align with the country supply plan.
Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3-5 years of related areas as rider growth or logistics operations is preferred
2. Target oriented & data driven
3. Energetic and excited about joining a startup environment
4. Proficency in Aribic and English
