Execute personalized customer retention strategies through telephone communication, in-person consultations with bancassurance clients, and the management of inbound and outbound call campaigns. Serve as the primary liaison for high-value clients within the designated portfolio, proactively addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Collaborate with sales teams and branch personnel to develop and implement customer retention solutions. Cultivate and maintain robust client and business relationships to foster loyalty and generate referrals. Ensure the comprehensive fulfillment of all necessary documentation and medical examinations by clients, meticulously verifying the accurate submission of these documents to operational departments. Monitor operational processes and liaise with relevant departments to facilitate the timely fulfillment of customer service requests. Analyze customer feedback and trends to develop innovative strategies that optimize customer retention rates.
