Retail Sales Manager – Light Current (AV & Security)

???? Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of TATAS solutions including AV systems, Public Address (Inter-M), and Security systems 
• Identify, recruit, and develop a network of retailers and resellers 
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth 
• Expand market presence and identify new opportunities 

???? Channel & Retail Network Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors 
• Develop tiered reseller programs (A / B / C segmentation) 
• Manage pricing, discounts, and margins across retail channels 
• Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets 

⚙️ System Building & Process Development (Core Role)

• Design and implement a complete retail sales system, including: 
  • Coverage plans (areas, routes, visit frequency) 
  • Sales pipeline and reporting structure 
  • KPI tracking and performance monitoring 
  • Retail incentive and loyalty programs 
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 

???? Product Promotion & Support

• Conduct product demos and training sessions for retailers 
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and exhibitions 
• Ensure proper branding and merchandising standards 

???? Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing 
• Provide insights to improve sales performance 
• Identify gaps and new opportunities in the retail channel
