You will oversee all Retail Operations across the MEINA region, including UAE, India, Kuwait, as key markets.Essential Duties And ResponsabilitiesOversee day to day retail operations across stores, ensuring compliance with company standards and proceduresCoordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and product allocation to maximize sales and minimize shortagesEnsure operational excellence in stores and consistency across marketsLead continuous improvement initiativesManage new openings, relocations, and refits, coordinating all involved departments and defining timelines and schedulesSupport store teams with operational guidelines and trainingMonitor KPI’s and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with cross functional teams, Merchandising, Logistics, etc., to ensure execution of retail strategiesAct as the main point of contact for escalated operational issues and resolve them promptlyEnsure compliance with legal regulations across all locationsKey RequirementsFluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage, with Italian and Arabic highly preferredExtensive and well structured experience in retail operations, at least 5 years, ideally within the fashion industryA problem solver who can identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisionsEffective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently and ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataExcellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and engage thoughtfullyProficiency in MS Office.
