Job Description:**Roles, Responsibilities, and Required Qualifications:**
This position encompasses the following roles, responsibilities, and required qualifications:
**I. Digital Marketing and E-commerce Sales:**
* Management and optimization of the company’s online storefronts on platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon, Noon, and Jumia.
* Creation and maintenance of product listings incorporating professional descriptions and search engine optimized (SEO) keywords.
* Monitoring of order fulfillment, customer feedback, and prompt response to inquiries across all platforms.
* Oversight of paid advertising campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to promote product offerings.
**II. Website Management:**
* Supervision of website development and continuous improvement of the user experience.
* Monitoring and analysis of sales data and performance reports to inform optimization strategies.
* Coordination of website-based promotional activities and discount campaigns.
**III. Retail Marketing (Offline):**
* Execution of localized marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic to physical retail locations, utilizing channels such as banners, geo-targeted advertising, and in-store promotions.
* Collaboration with store management to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Provision of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, offers, giveaways) to support the sales team.
**IV. Performance Analysis and Strategic Development:**
* Preparation of monthly performance reports detailing campaign effectiveness and sales data.
* Analysis of customer behavior patterns and subsequent recommendation of improvements to marketing strategies.
* Monitoring of competitor activities and formulation of competitive marketing strategies.
**Required Qualifications:**
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, preferably within the electronics or printer-related industries.
* Demonstrated experience in sales via e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon and Noon.
* Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing principles, paid advertising strategies, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
* Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of tools such as Google Analytics.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.
* Technical background in printers and related accessories is considered advantageous.
Skills:
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in electronics or printer-related industries.
Proven experience in selling through Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
Proficient in data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics.
