Job Description:**Option 1 (Emphasis on responsibility):**
The incumbent is responsible for the comprehensive management of daily retail store operations, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to established standards. Key responsibilities include leadership, motivation, and professional development of sales associates to achieve defined sales and customer service objectives. Furthermore, the role encompasses inventory control, merchandising optimization, sales data analysis and reporting, policy implementation, customer complaint resolution, collaboration with marketing and purchasing departments, regulatory compliance, financial management, and the identification of process improvement opportunities to support strategic planning initiatives.
Skills:
- Minimum of 5 year and maximum of 10 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising.
- Familiarity with retail sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office applications.
