Job Description:**Subject: Food & Beverage Service Associate Opportunity – Kempinski Hotels, Dubai**

Kempinski Hotels invites applications for the position of Food & Beverage Service Associate at our Dubai location within the United Arab Emirates. The application deadline is December 31, 2025.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing exemplary food and beverage service to guests in the designated outlet, adhering to established hotel standards and Kempinski’s core values. The primary objective is to enhance sales and maximize guest satisfaction through courteous, professional, efficient, and adaptable service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver consistently courteous, professional, and efficient service in all interactions.
* Execute all assigned duties and tasks according to outlet requirements.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services and product offerings.
* Possess a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items within the assigned department.
* Present menus, provide detailed information regarding menu items (e.g., portions, ingredients, allergens), and effectively upsell and suggest alternatives.
* Accurately record food and drink orders utilizing a POS system, order slips, or memorization techniques.
* Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
* Serve food and drink orders efficiently.
* Arrange and maintain table settings and ensure a tidy dining area.
* Present checks and collect bill payments.
* Monitor and manage operating supplies and equipment, minimizing spoilage and wastage.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
* Successfully execute opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.
* Address guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, and escalate complaints and feedback to supervisors.
* Immediately report guest complaints to supervisors and ensure appropriate follow-up.

**Job Requirements:**

* Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience in an international, luxury five-star hotel environment preferred.
* Excellent English communication skills.
