Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Cater to customer requirements by offering top-notch services and treatment.
- Work earnestly to enhance the restaurant’s prestige and brainstorm potential improvements.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant by evaluating the quantity of cleaning, cooking, and miscellaneous products.
