Zali, a thriving Lebanese restaurant, is in search of a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold the exceptional dining experience our guests expect. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of Zali.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Zali, managing the front-of-house and ensuring a seamless and welcoming dining experience.

2. Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and customer-focused atmosphere.

3. Monitor and maintain high service standards, addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

5. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special events to optimize table turnover and revenue.

6. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.

7. Work closely with the management team to develop and execute promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and strategies to enhance Zali’s brand presence.
