Job Description:**The organization seeks a highly qualified Resident Engineer (Architectural background) to manage hospitality projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to finalization. The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of fifteen to twenty years of demonstrated experience in architecture and site supervision, with a particular emphasis on luxury hotel and resort construction, and will be responsible for ensuring the faithful execution of design intentions, maintenance of rigorous quality control standards, and adherence to project specifications on-site.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the principal on-site representative for all architectural design and construction activities.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
* Monitor the quality of architectural works to guarantee compliance with project specifications and applicable international standards.
* Review shop drawings, material submittals, and conduct thorough inspections.
* Prepare and submit reports to senior management and consultants regarding project progress, potential issues, and any deviations from the original design.
* Lead site meetings, facilitate the development of design solutions, and resolve technical challenges.
* Ensure the timely completion of all works while maintaining uncompromising quality and safety standards.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- 15–20 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
- Proven experience in on-site construction management of high-end hotels, resorts, or mixed-use developments.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing.
- Strong understanding of building codes, international standards, and project documentation.
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is a plus.
