Responsibilities:
Hotel Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between Halla Travel and partner hotels. Initiate communication to inquire about room availability, rates, and special requests.
Booking Management: Receive and process booking requests from customers and travel partners. Verify room availability and promptly respond with confirmation details.
Room Inventory Management: Monitor hotel room inventory and allocation to ensure accurate availability status in our reservation system.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, modifications, and cancellations related to hotel bookings.
Reservation Confirmation: Collaborate with hotels to confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer preferences and special requirements.
Problem Resolution: Address any discrepancies or issues related to bookings and collaborate with hotels to find suitable solutions for customers.
Communication Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized communication records with hotels to track booking statuses and ensure efficient follow-ups.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to support seamless coordination of bookings and travel arrangements.
