Caterpillar Inc. invites applications for the position of Repair & Rebuild Manager within the Customer Solutions Growth Regions division of the Construction Industries segment. **Position Summary:**

The Repair & Rebuild Manager will be an integral part of the Customer Solutions team, focusing on the design and delivery of product, service, and technology solutions. This position requires providing expertise to field teams, dealers, and customers, aligning product, service, and technology development with customer needs at the segment and site level. Furthermore, the role entails driving proactive technology adoption and product/service health management through data-driven insights from connected field populations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee research pertaining to multiple requests from business development leaders across the country.
* Develop, recommend, and implement market research plans for key products and services, collaborating on brand positioning, databases, and direct response initiatives.
* Formulate strategic plans for the expansion of existing brands and the development of new products or services, coordinating the implementation of these plans.
* Present comprehensive marketing plans and strategic direction for the region to senior management for funding approval and support.

* **Strategic Thinking:** Working knowledge of strategic planning principles and the ability to contribute to the organization’s strategic goals.
* **Vendor/Supplier Management:** Extensive experience in managing relationships with external providers, including monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
