**Position Summary:**
This position is responsible for the identification, development, and execution of sales opportunities within the Renewables market across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing diverse sales pursuits, cultivating robust professional networks, achieving quantifiable results, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, proactively addressing specific customer needs and resolving issues.
* Assume full accountability for Renewables bookings within Saudi Arabia through the acquisition of new installed base with both existing and prospective clients.
* Drive growth of the opportunity funnel, qualifying, pursuing, negotiating, and securing new projects within Saudi Arabia.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in Emerson Renewables solutions, supporting the Power and Water MEA team. Conduct workshops with customers, regional sales channels, and local business partners, focusing on solutions tailored to the renewables market.
* Manage the Saudi opportunity funnel, submitting monthly and annual bookings forecasts. Collaborate closely with global Renewables subject matter experts and the sales community to facilitate knowledge transfer and identify marketing opportunities.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the renewables industry, including end-users, EPCs, and producers.
* Collaborate with the global project pursuit team to secure projects destined for Saudi Arabia.
* Lead Outcome Value Chain workshops with qualified customers and collaborate with the Sustainability team to develop and convey sustainability messaging to customers in the renewables market. Participate in relevant industry events and roadshows.
* Utilize Emerson Business Systems to manage opportunities and customer entities.
* Review and provide input on all proposals generated by the Proposal team, collaborating with global subject matter experts to develop optimal technical solutions for customers.
* Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environment policies as established by the organization.
**Candidate Profile:**
* **Customer Focus:** Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
* **Solution-Oriented:** Proactive approach to identifying practical solutions to overcome challenges.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation) or equivalent.
* Relevant work experience in the power and water industries.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience within the renewable energy sector.
**Travel Requirements:**
* Expected travel time: 50%.
