**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and selling recruitment solutions to enterprise-level clients. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with clients to comprehend their specific business requirements and develop tailored solutions accordingly.

**Responsibilities:**

* Acquire new enterprise clients with limited or no prior revenue history with Bayt.com by effectively selling our recruitment products and services.
* Proactively identify and secure qualified appointments with potential clients through diverse channels.
* Address all assigned inbound and outbound leads in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Initiate and cultivate strong relationships with assigned verified leads.
* Assess clients’ recruitment needs and formulate proposals outlining appropriate services to address those needs.
* Conduct online and on-site demonstrations of Bayt.com’s platform to effectively address objections and secure client acquisition.
* Manage assigned client database effectively through transactional and solution-oriented sales strategies.
* Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
* Maintain a minimum of 80% coverage of the assigned portfolio through regular in-person and telephonic engagements.
* Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with comprehensive records of all client interactions.
* Ensure the integrity and reliability of data within the CRM system.
* Perform other marketing, sales, and operational duties as directed by management.
