**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified Sales Specialist to contribute to our sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling recruitment solutions to enterprise-level clients. This role requires a consultative approach to understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Acquire new clients with no established revenue history with Bayt.com through the sale of recruitment products and services.
* Independently prospect and schedule qualified appointments with potential clients via various communication channels.
* Actively manage all assigned inbound and outbound leads in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Establish and nurture robust relationships with assigned, verified leads.
* Assess client recruitment needs and develop customized proposals to promote appropriate service offerings.
* Conduct online and on-site product demonstrations of Bayt.com, addressing objections and securing client commitment.
* Manage assigned client database effectively through transactional and solution-oriented sales strategies.
* Fulfill additional tasks as directed by management.
* Maintain a minimum of 80% coverage of assigned accounts through regular in-person and telephonic communication.
* Update CRM system with detailed records of all client interactions.
* Ensure data integrity and reliability within the CRM system.
* Perform other marketing, sales, and operational tasks as assigned by management.
