We are looking for a proactive Relationship Executive to enhance our General Insurance team in Dubai, UAE. This key role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support. The successful candidate will manage client accounts, address inquiries, and provide tailored insurance solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster rapport will be crucial in driving client satisfaction and retention while supporting our organization’s growth.Responsibilities:Establish and nurture strong client relationships to meet their insurance needs.Serve as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.Educate clients on their insurance policies and coverage options.Identify opportunities for upselling additional insurance products.Prepare performance reports on client accounts for management.Stay informed on industry trends and regulations.Participate in training programs for skill enhancement.Contribute to marketing strategies to attract new clients.Preferred Candidate:Experience in client relationship management, preferably in insurance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Proven ability to meet performance targets.Familiarity with CRM software.Knowledge of general insurance products.Passion for outstanding customer service.
