Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

Role Purpose

  • Increase the Sales, Market Share of MFTBC in the region.
  • Expanding MFTBC Customer base in the Region; adding new customers to existing sectors, exploring new opportunities in new sectors. 
  • Ensuring Sales transactions are adhering to ATC compliance and policy.
  • Ensuring sales leads generated from CRM are followed up and closed.
  • Sales team retention by continuous motivation and enhancing the loyalty through incentive scheme improvements.
  • Assuring training of team has been implemented as per ATC annual training program.

Key Activities

  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Categorizing the customers and classifying them based on their annual purchasing volumes, and sectors they are operating in.
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives.
  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Providing periodical sales reports (Forecasts, Lost Sale, Daily, and Monthly).
  • In some cases, and for key customers, to handle the complete sales transactions individually.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Liaising with Training Department the sales team requirements.
  • In depth communication with the major body builders in the Region, to enhance the relationship and keep updated with the latest updates.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Integration of sales coaching, personal development, and sales training into the team goals.
