Job Description:**Regional Manager – Joint Replacement Division**

A unique opportunity exists within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division for a highly motivated and accomplished Regional Manager to lead a team of Territory Leads. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of the designated region, encompassing team development, sales performance, and budgetary oversight. The successful candidate will cultivate strong customer partnerships and contribute to improved healthcare outcomes through the utilization of Stryker’s industry-leading products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

* Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director JR MENA, lead a sales team to achieve financial and performance objectives.
* Accurately forecast business and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.
* Attract, develop, engage, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing support and direction to accelerate business growth.
* Collaborate with enabling function teams to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process and exceptional customer service.
* Facilitate positive and detailed account communication between the team and internal stakeholders, providing feedback to senior management as required.
* Develop strategic relationships with healthcare systems.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Embrace and enable change to simplify, scale, and innovate.
* Demonstrate proficiency in leading complex sales cycles.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of five years of proven success in a sales and/or marketing role, with demonstrated informal leadership experience.
* Established track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Ideally, product and sales knowledge in the Medical Devices sector, or experience within the operating room environment.
* Commercial skills in leading a profit center.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong commercial acumen and initiative-taking abilities.
* High level of confidence and competitiveness.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and proactive approach.
* High integrity and strong ethical standards.
* Negotiation skills and understanding of persuasion.
* Strong sense of responsibility, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* Decisiveness, assertiveness, and flexibility.

* Capital Sales experience is an advantage.
