Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Manager to join our client in Dubai, UAE. As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities for our organization in the region. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  3. Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  5. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  6. Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  7. Manage employee performance appraisal process and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers.
  8. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  9. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
  3. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  4. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  8. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  10. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
