The incumbent is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing job posting, resume screening, and candidate interviewing. This includes attracting qualified applicants through strategic placement of job advertisements across various recruitment channels. Furthermore, the role entails developing and maintaining a robust talent pool to ensure timely vacancy fulfillment. Accurate and current recruitment records and documentation are essential, alongside forecasting hiring needs to facilitate a seamless recruitment process. The incumbent will also address employee inquiries promptly, manage employee relations matters, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support will be provided in the preparation of regular reports, as well as maintaining and updating employee files. Processing and following up on all insurance forms is required. Finally, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and monitoring all necessary personnel procedures related to staff terms and conditions of employment, ensuring company compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Skills:

  • BSc/MSc in Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Human Resources Diploma is a plus.
  • 4+ Years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist (Especially in Recruitment and Personnel tasks).
  • Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with full cycle of recruitment.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf …. etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent Computer & MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of the English.
