Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to drive the growth and success of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape our recruitment strategies and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview       coordination.
– Source and screen candidates through various channels (Ex. Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, etc…)
– Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.

• Candidate Experience:
– Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
– Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Collaboration:
– Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
– Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications that reflect organizational goals.

• Data Management:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports using HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
– Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

• Employer Branding:
– Contribute to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
– Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the organization’s visibility in the talent market.
 

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing and direct selling industries.
• Proven ability to utilize various sourcing tools, including social media platforms and resume databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High level of integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
