We are a Restaurants and Coffee-Shop Company based in Amman/ Jordan and looking to hire a Full Time Recruitment Specialist . For this role, you should be familiar with the following and beyond:
- Attract best calibers in different job layers.
- Plan at glance the best interview methods.
- Shortlist bulk of applicants for interviews.
- Conduct the interviews on professional basis.
- Ensure the best applicants to be interviewed.
- Plan well in advance vs hiring deadlines.
- Report to management outcomes of interviews.
- Ensure manpower planning in advance ahead of forthcoming year.
- Other related tasks to Talent Acquisitions.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in HR or BA.
- +10 Years of related experience specially in F&B (would be an added value).
- Flexible and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills in both Arabic & English
- Problem Solving Techniques.
- Change Management skills.
- Familiarity in MS Office Apps.
