Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying, attracting, and securing the best candidates. • Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer management, with a keen focus on mass hiring campaigns.
  • Innovate and execute cutting-edge candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified individuals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring workflow.
  • Champion our employer brand, showcasing our unique culture and values to prospective employees.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, setting them up for immediate success.
• Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in Human Resources (HR) best practices, extensive experience in Recruitment and Mass Hiring strategies, and familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong Talent Acquisition and Candidate Sourcing expertise are essential, alongside impeccable Communication Skills and adept Negotiation abilities.
