The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing the following key responsibilities: collaborating with department heads to ascertain staffing requirements and formulate workforce planning strategies; evaluating resumes and applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and facilitating subsequent interviews with hiring managers; administering the candidate pipeline, ensuring consistent and punctual communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle; maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resources databases; preparing employment offers and coordinating onboarding procedures in conjunction with the Human Resources department and relevant operational units; monitoring and reporting key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire; ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process; representing the organization at career fairs and industry networking events; and cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with academic institutions, technical training centers, and recruitment agencies.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry
- Familiarity with the textile sector roles (e.g., machine operators, quality controllers, designers) is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HRIS software
- Solid understanding of labor laws and best recruitment practices
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
