The Human Resources department is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing the following key functions: collaborating with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements; establishing selection criteria; sourcing prospective candidates through digital platforms and professional networks; developing comprehensive interview and selection processes, including preliminary screening, evaluations, and in-person interviews; evaluating candidate qualifications and contact information via the Applicant Tracking System; crafting job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements; leading employer branding efforts; coordinating and participating in job fairs and recruitment events; forecasting departmental hiring needs on a quarterly and annual basis; and cultivating sustained relationships with former applicants and potential candidates.
Skills:
- 7-10 years of Proven experience in a recruitment (White – Blue) Collar.
- Familiarity with the recruitment Cycle.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
