Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to ascertain workforce requisites and formulate efficacious sourcing methodologies. Master the art of resume screening, conducting preliminary interviews, and curating shortlists of qualified candidates for diverse organizational roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring prompt communication and feedback dissemination. Cultivate and sustain a robust talent pipeline via proactive sourcing, networking initiatives, and engagement with prospective candidates. Uphold adherence to company policies and pertinent labor legislation throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms of employment, and streamline the onboarding procedure for newly appointed personnel. Generate recurring recruitment reports and analytics for HR leadership, highlighting salient trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
