Job Description
Provides administrative support to the department. Coordinate activities in hiring and recruiting, development, and
maintaining employee records.
Core Responsibilities
- In charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company both local & overseas
- In charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company
- Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews.
- Conducts interviews alongside all line managers.
- Contacts all successful candidates for employment.
- Handles the onboarding process, induction, and orientation for new employees.
- In charge of providing all new employees with all items they require to perform their duties
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies,
recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making
presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references;
comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Report all incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions immediately to the immediate supervisor. Protect the
environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development.
- Accountable for own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Experience 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar job
- Interviewing and short-listing skills
- PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant
computer applications.
- Basic understanding of job requirements for each position
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of what is happening in the labor market.
- Must be familiar with all recruitment trends prevalent in their vicinity.
- Must possess good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English and Arabic.
- Languages Language proficiency in English and Arabic
