What You’ll Get to Do:
· Engage with senior leadership across the region to understand strategic staffing requirements and develop strategy to support the future demand.
· Provide guidance and inspiration to team of recruiters.
· Act as the subject matter expert for Recruiting for the assigned geography.
· Work closely with country HR Directors to keep abreast of local labor laws and communicate changes to recruiters.
· Engage with government nationalization programs and develop a program and culture to support hiring.
· Work closely with the recruitment operations consultant to review metrics and use data to drive performance and resolve challenges.
· Develop innovative recruitment strategies to support the ever-changing talent landscape.
· Build the company’s professional network through working relationships.
· Work a small portfolio of active requisitions for key appointments across the region.
Skills
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· 10+ years of proven international recruitment experience, including 3+ years leading a team of recruiters.
· Experience in engineering and construction recruitment or similar.
· Excellent management and leadership skills
· Effective communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence and problem solve.
· Evidence of strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
· Knowledge and experience with an ATS is required. Experience with Workday is preferred.
