**Job Description:**

**Note:** In accordance with Saudi Arabian Saudization regulations, Turner & Townsend seeks highly motivated Saudi nationals to contribute to our expanding operations and advance their professional development.

**Recruiter**

The Recruiter will manage all facets of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders throughout the KSA business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Source and secure top talent for positions across the KSA business.
* Collaborate with local universities to leverage their resources in identifying Saudi candidates.
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing screening, follow-up, salary negotiations, and the cultivation of long-term candidate relationships.
* Implement external sourcing strategies to manage the candidate search process and assess candidates.
* Attract Saudi national candidates through diverse channels, including social media platforms (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and internal recruitment campaigns.
* Collaborate regularly with hiring managers to proactively identify future hiring needs.
* Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline of Saudi nationals.
* Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on the Turner & Townsend Careers page, LinkedIn, other relevant social media, and job boards.
* Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting.
* Serve as a primary point of contact and establish influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
* Promote the company’s reputation as a desirable employer and market our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) required.
* Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within the construction industry.

**Additional Information:**

* Previous work experience in the Middle East is mandatory.
* Strong professional network within the KSA talent ecosystem, including relationships with educational institutions and government entities.
* Demonstrated experience in Saudization or nationalization initiatives within the KSA private or semi-government sector.
* Proficiency with ATS systems is preferred.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities are required.
* Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively using sound judgment.
* Highest commitment to confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
