l Work closely with managers and HR group to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s competency requirements, hiring processes and needs and meet aggressive hiring goals and expectations in multiple locations and countries.
l Provide market intelligence / expert guidance compensation and benefits benchmarking as necessary.
l Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, assess, hire, onboard and retain quality talent.
l Grow and foster an internal and external talent pipeline to ensure recruitment can be executed at pace.
l Proactively suggest and implement recruitment interventions that will increase efficiency and appropriateness of recruiting efforts.
l Continuously partner with HR team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
l Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
l Achieve recruitment KPI’s.
l Offer advice and guidance on market perception of AAF and how to improve this through building an employer brand.
