“Our organization is currently seeking qualified candidates for two distinct roles: Receptionist and Sales Representative.
For the position of Receptionist, we require a detail-oriented and personable individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, managing telephone communications, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office. Specific duties include welcoming visitors in a professional manner, managing phone calls, maintaining a tidy reception area, processing mail, scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing general support to visitors and staff.
Furthermore, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to contribute to our team’s growth. This individual will be responsible for actively generating leads, cultivating strong client relationships, and effectively closing sales to drive company expansion. Key responsibilities include: identifying and developing new business opportunities; building and maintaining relationships with customers; presenting and promoting products/services; conducting market research; achieving sales targets; preparing and delivering presentations; negotiating contracts; and maintaining accurate sales records.”
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
