**Job Description**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide a welcoming and efficient service to our guests, adhering to established standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing guest expectations, maintaining accuracy in procedures, and supporting administrative tasks.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Professionally greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, adhering to brand standards when answering telephone calls.
* Respond to guest inquiries and furnish accurate information regarding promotions, room rates, activities, and local events.
* Process payments in accordance with cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
* Manage reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
* Identify potential corporate clients and nurture long-term relationships.
* Promote positive online mentions and actively encourage customer feedback.
* Understand online guest feedback and explore avenues for improvement.
* Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing.
* Maintain adequate supplies and reception stationeries.
* Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure guest safety in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
