Job Description:

  • Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations while providing administrative and clerical support to the HR & Administration team. The role ensures a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff, while maintaining efficient internal communication and administrative processes.

        Job Description:
– Greet and receive visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
– Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
– Support in organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments.
– Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office documents.
– Support in the coordination of interviews by welcoming candidates and guiding them to the appropriate person.
– Provide general administrative assistance to the HR & Administration team as needed.
– Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
– Perform any other related duties as assigned by the HC & Admin Manager.

Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is an advantage.
– Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to HR or administrative tasks.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Professional appearance and positive attitude.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative spirit.
– Proficiency in Arabic & English.
