Relief Psychology Center is currently seeking a personable and highly organized Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support.
**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**
1. Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
2. Answering, screening, and directing telephone calls, as well as accurately relaying messages.
3. Scheduling client appointments and managing the appointment booking system with precision.
4. Maintaining the reception area in a neat, orderly, and presentable condition.
5. Providing administrative assistance, encompassing tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing.
6. Processing payments and addressing billing inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Communicating effectively and professionally with clients, clinicians, and fellow staff members.
8. Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
9. Assisting with the management of office supplies and inventory control.
10. Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the center.
11. Providing comprehensive information to prospective clients regarding the services offered by the center.
12. Adhering to company policies and procedures to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for all individuals.
Skills:
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
