- Ensure VIP visitors are treated professionally and with the highest respect.
- Ensure all visitors have booking.
- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Ensure prompt distribution of all visitors.
- Report any telephone/fax/photocopier/system faults to the I.T. department.
- Report any hazards or security issues immediately.
- Maintain the professional appearance of the reception area.
- Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times.
- Strong I.T. skills including Excel (intermediate/advanced, Word and PowerPoint (Basic).
- Strong customer services focus.
- Previous reception experience is essential.
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good telephone answering skills.
- Approachable and positive attitude.
- Professional and smart appearance at all times.
- Good English language ability both spoken and written.
