- Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person / department.
- Maintain smooth functioning of the company by supporting in-house members with general organizational tasks as per requirement.
- Answer phone calls and booking appointment.
- Replying emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Handel general requests for information and promotions.
- Explain products, services and treatments to the clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.
- Accept responsibility for cash drawer.
- Process customer transactions and product purchase.
- English language level mid to high is required
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior exposure as a receptionist in a professional corporate setting or company.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and appearance with customers.
- Being a team player is a must.
