Job Description

  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person / department.
  • Maintain smooth functioning of the company by supporting in-house members with general organizational tasks as per requirement.
  • Answer phone calls and booking appointment.
  • Replying emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Handel general requests for information and promotions.
  • Explain products, services and treatments to the clients and assist them with determining their individual needs.
  • Accept responsibility for cash drawer.
  • Process customer transactions and product purchase.
