Overview of the role:

To provide a supervisory management function for all service advisors. To lead the reception team ensuring efficient and professional manner is maintained. Act as a role model to demonstrate and promote standards expected by practising and creating the energy and the enthusiasm for excellent customer service

What you will do:

• Ensure that all Reception Hosts and Service Advisors provide a “customer centric” environment that is geared to the highest level of customer satisfaction and promotes our customer service values. 
• Ensure the accurate flow of customer and vehicle information to ensure the vehicles are fixed right first time and are delivered based on the promised delivery time. 
• Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrates a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick n’ span and safety that promotes a customer centric environment. 
• Adhere to all departmental procedures.
• Ensure that all staff are friendly and compliant with dress codes. 
• Conduct daily feedback and operational meetings to review daily expectation and deliverables. 
• Answer phone calls in the most professional and efficient way. 
• Ensure opening and shutdown procedures are in place.
• Prepare training plans and ensure all team receives training relevant to their jobs and responsibilities.
• Ensure continuous communication between the frontline and the production environment to avoid any delays and cost disputes. 
• Ensure all staff adhere to Kaizen principles.
