Permanent Full-time Our client is a Leading Mortgage Company. They are now looking for a Real Estate Agent to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ sales KPIs as directed by the Management in line with ‘Revenue’ targets.
• Prospect leads via sales calls, networking events and convert leads to buy, sell and rent a property.
• Facilitate the buyers and sellers with purchasing and selling Real Estate their properties for the best price and terms.
• Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis.
• Solid grip on advising clients with market trends, conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters.
• Promote property sales through advertisement, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
• Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property and advise them on its values and suitability factors.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds etc.
Skills
• Expert knowledge of best Real Estate selling practices and market standards in the UAE.

Qualifications:
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Arabic.
