• Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately for the market and create effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing process to achieve successful transactions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, legal requirements, and market changes to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members, lenders, attorneys, and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction process.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE real estate market.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
