Quantity Surveyor Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying within our engineering projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be expected to provide accurate cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure that all financial aspects of the project are controlled effectively. Your expertise in quantity surveying will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our projects within budget and on time.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the engineering industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
4. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in using quantity surveying software.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
