Job Description:**Quantitative Trading Researcher Opportunity**

Keyrock is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantitative Trading Researcher to contribute to the development and implementation of our trading strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, a passion for data analysis, and a proven ability to solve complex, ill-defined problems. A demonstrated history of contributing significant value to trading businesses is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities:**

* Market-making and optimal quoting of HL assets across CeFi and DeFi platforms.
* Researching and developing proprietary trading algorithms for high- and mid-frequency strategies within spot, perpetual, and futures/forwards markets.
* Trading and hedging both cryptocurrencies and FX instruments.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative research within a bank, asset management firm, or trading firm.
* Demonstrated analytical proficiency and a thorough understanding of financial markets and order book-based trading algorithms.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Python programming.
* Prior experience in building or researching trading algorithms is essential.
* A master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, astronomy, physics, quantitative finance) is preferred.
* A demonstrable passion for algorithmic trading.
* The ability to independently manage projects while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
* Fluency in English.
