Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw material, assembling and delivery of home appliances.
Handling customer complaints analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes, define of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
Eliminate the waste, improve the process and product specification to meet our customer needs.
Maintain the quality management system and follow up it to comply with ISO 9001:2015.
