Job Description:The following outlines the responsibilities which encompass quality control and assurance, supply chain oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational management:

* Overseeing the distribution of quality control measures across all production lines.
* Enforcing adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Managing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
* Analyzing customer needs and expectations to guarantee product quality.
* Creating and revising product specifications.
* Evaluating customer orders to determine appropriate product storage requirements.
* Disseminating comprehensive information to suppliers.
* Maintaining communication with relevant safety regulatory agencies and implementing necessary compliance protocols.
* Implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures for all products.
* Developing specifications for new products, packaging, and safety features.
* Supervising operations on production lines and in warehouses.
* Providing training on food safety, hygiene protocols, quality control methodologies, and production processes.
* Monitoring anti-corruption compliance and evaluating cleaning product suppliers.
* Qualifying the laboratory to conduct required analyses for products, clothing, and employee swabs.
* Preparing comprehensive quality reports and implementing corrective action plans.
* Collecting performance data and generating relevant charts.
* Collaborating with the procurement department to ensure supplier adherence to quality requirements.
* Reviewing all new product development procedures to identify any deviations from established quality standards.
* Conducting inspections of output on production lines, including the approval or rejection of finished products and raw materials.
* Managing the receipt of raw materials from suppliers, including acceptance or rejection processes.
* Maintaining meticulous records of acceptance and rejection decisions for both raw materials and finished products.
* Ensuring the full impact on quality management for the current group of companies or those that will be established in the future.
* Assuming full responsibility for warehouses within the current group of companies or those that will be established in the future.
* Assuming full responsibility for monitoring completed work and results.
* Managing the selection, preparation, and maintenance of products as ordered and promised to customers.
* Monitoring the availability of products manufactured in external companies or factories, or those produced externally.
